Today I crashed a desi wedding like they did in "Wedding Crashers." The only difference was that I crashed it for the free food, not the single ladies. MBL.

Today my mom was happy that she finally got a Dish to see all of her indian dramas. What made her even more happy was the fact that we were splitting the bill with 6 other families. MBL.

Today for a birthday present, my mom gave my other cousin the same shirt my aunt gave me 3 years ago that I never wore instead of buying him a new one. MBL.

Today, my mamu tried to trick me to go into Pre Med by showing me the 2010 mercedes benz he bought. It totally worked. MBL.

Today my uncle came over and my mom asked him if he was hungry. He said "No I just ate." She said "Are you sure? Have a little." He said "No no I am not hungry." She said "Just try a little I cooked it just for you." He said "No really I am too full." She said ok and left to go change, came back 5 minutes later and asked "Come on just have a little it is very good!" My uncle gave up and had some food. No one says No to my mom about food. MBL.

Today, my father watched Opera for the first time because Abhishek Bachan and Aishwarya Rai were guests today. MBL.

Today, I was interested in the Michael Jackson gossip in the People's Magazine issue. I sat there reading it for about 20 minutes when an employee came up to me and asked, "Are you going to buy that?" In fear of being a typical brown person, I bought the magazine, then came back an hour later and tried to return it. MBL.

Every night I make my boyfriend call me with a blocked number so my dad cant see who I talk to for so long on the phone bill. MBL.

Yesterday was my birthday and I turned 13. Instead of going out and buying new candles, my mom just used the "1" we had from last year and said "you are my number 1 son!" I'm also the only son. MBL.

Today, I saw this really cute brown kid in my class. After my teacher called attendance, I immediately got on facebook to find him and contemplated whether or not to add him as a friend. MBL.
